Start by pressing the "WAVE" button on the main menu. See Pic 1.

Next, select "COMBO" where it indicates, "Please Select Treatment." See Pic 2.

For waveform, select "MONOPHASIC." See Pic 3.

Select "CONT" for continuous treatment mode. See Pic 4.

Choose "5:00" as the treatment time. See Pic 5.

Leave the pulse rate at 100% and depress the dial. See Pic 6.

Choose "50" for the phase interval. See Pic 7.

Set the site intensity with the intensity dial and depress the dial to accept. Polarity can be changed by pressing the button in the lower left corner. See Pic 8.
