Clean area thoroughly with soap and water; dry
Trim excess hair, do not shave
Apply snap of the lead wire from device onto the electrode connector
Remove electrode liner, do not pull on the lead wire when removing the electrode from liner
Apply electrode firmly to skin
Turn on device
Conduct treatment
Turn off device
Peel electrode off the skin by lifting at the edge
Do not pull on the lead wire when removing the electrode from liner
Discard electrodes, liner, and packaging
Do not use with cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or other implanted electronic devices
Single patient use only
Do not place electrodes over open wounds, swollen, infected, broken or inflamed skin
Do not drive or operate machinery while in use
Keep out of reach of children
